Patricia Casas

Education is essential to acquire healthy eating habits and lifestyle from childhood and later in all stages of life.

During my career in the world of research I learned that communication between scientific language and common language is key to connect scientific knowledge to the needs of people.

Visual tools are useful for nutrition experts to translate scientific into creative, fun and practical knowledge that facilitate learning and acquisition of food habits and a healthy lifestyle.

From the scientific laboratory to the educational kitchen:

I like to imagine and experimenting, mixing ingredients, science and ideas; create new recipes and original ways of presenting combinations of different foods; and give surprises, sharing cultural experiences and smiles with others.
